Man headed to trial for child pornography charges

A man who was convicted of child porn charges last summer will go to trial on similar charges.

U.S. Attorney John Vaudreuil says Jeremy Hogenkamp, 35, was indicted last November on two counts of distributing and one count of possessing child pornography. He's set to go to trial in October and could face up to 50 years in federal prison.

He pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography last year and was sentenced to four months in jail.
