Little girl found dead in canal near home

A tragic discovery Wednesday night in northwest Wisconsin, as the body of a little girl was found in a canal.

3-year-old Reena Williams was found dead just before 5 p.m. Tuesday evening, 25 yards from her home in Danbury. The Burnett County Sheriff's Department says the investigation continues and an autopsy will be done, but they are treating it as a missing person.

The little girl wandered away from home Tuesday night. More than 100 volunteers helped search for her, including the FBI and Department of Justice.

After a day of searching rescuers say they're shaken by what happened to little Reena, who had her whole life ahead of her.
