Five men, including a La Crosse County board member, are busted in a prostitution ring.

La Crosse Police say they arrested:
Jon Hage, 43, from West Salem,
William Brockmiller, 48, from La Crosse,
Brian Marking, 42, of Lake City, MN,
Brian Selke, 42, of La Crescent, MN,
Spenser Nickelatti, 25, of Holmen

Officers say Monday afternoon the department did the sting at the Brookstone Inn on Rose Street. It says the men responded to an internet ad put up by the department.

One of the men, William Brockmiller, represents District 11 on the La Crosse County Board, which encompasses part of the city of La Crosse. He says he takes full responsibility for his actions and expressed "extreme sorrow and disappointment" in himself and says he's dealing with extreme personal baggage after the deaths of his parents but says that's no excuse.

Police say all five were released after posting a $200 cash bond.
