A Wisconsin prison inmate is now charged with trying to blackmail billionaire John Menard.

54-year old Kristine Flynn is charged with nine felonies.

Right now she's an inmate at the Taycheedah Correctional Institution.

Investigators say Flynn hatched a plan to put child pornography on Menard's computer.

She was then going to blackmail him for $9 million dollars.

But, someone on the outside turned her in.

Investigators say there are no pictures on Menard's computer, and he has no idea who she is.
